The first new painting for the collection is entitled, “Aphrodite: Swan Maiden.” Inspired by old-style romantic French portraiture and historical mythological paintings, the Greek Goddess of Love is surrounded by colorful flowers and fruits, symbolizing affection, fidelity, love, and fertility.

“Fantasy and fairy tales are my favorite subject and are incorporated into all of my art,” said Wescoat of her latest painting. “I love the Sirens Collection because it allows me express my desire to show strong, yet romantic women, in a fun and playful way. It’s what I enjoy most painting.”

Original paintings in this series currently range from $500 (9” x 12”) to $800 (16” x 20”). The new images, as well as existing images in the collection are available for license.

Sirens by Natasha Wescoat™ is a collection of paintings featuring beautiful women in colorful, whimsical landscapes, with fantasy themes. Mermaids, fairies, angels and other females are featured in this Collection, which celebrates strength, romance, life, love, and tales of old.
