License Application Request

Thank you for your interest in licensing with Natasha Wescoat Enterprises!

The application process is divided into three steps and typically takes thirty to forty-five days to complete, depending on how much additional information we may need to request.

Step 1: Use the form on this web site to Request & Download a Licensing Application.

Once you’ve submitted your request, you will be able to download the licensing application package on the submission screen. If you are unable to download the application, please notify [email protected]

Step 2: Complete and submit the Licensing Application.

When you submit the Licensing Application, your package should include:

  • A business and marketing plan
  • Licensing Application
  • Product Samples (samples should be representative in nature)
  • Financial information on your company
  • $250 non-refundable license application fee (applied to future royalties if a license is granted)

Once we review the License Application, we will contact you directly to move to Step 3 if we’re interested in the proposed opportunity. If we are not currently interested, we will notify you in writing. Generally speaking, Step 2 takes 2–6 weeks from the time we receive your completed Application package.

Step 3: Finalize the Licensing Agreement.

If your application is accepted, we will work with you to finalize terms and execute a Licensing Agreement. This step typically takes 2–6 weeks.

Submitting this form does not in any way mean that the Natasha Wescoat Enterprises, LLC has granted or will grant you a license. Also, submitting this form does not constitute an application for a license. Once you submit your information you will be redirected to a page where you can download the license application package. You must complete the application and return it to Natasha Wescoat Enterprises  in order to be considered for a license. Due to the high volume of inquiries that we receive, we will not be able to reply until your completed license application has arrived at our office.

Accordingly, when you send us information about you or your company, please do NOT include confidential or proprietary information, such as product concepts, designs, stories, ideas, screenplays, original artwork, or other original creative materials or suggestions. This is necessary to prevent possible future misunderstandings when products developed by our own employees or licensees might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that Natasha Wescoat and Natasha Wescoat Enterprises, LLC at all times has many products and projects in various stages of development, and that the results of these endeavors may be similar or identical to your own products or projects. Knowing the policy of Natasha Wescoat Enterprises, LLC if you still choose to submit any creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, designs, other elements listed above, or other information (collectively, “Unsolicited Submissions”), you hereby assign to Natasha Wescoat Enterprises, LLC all rights of every nature and description, in perpetuity, throughout the Universe, in such Unsolicited Submissions. The Unsolicited Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Natasha Wescoat Enterprises, LLC.
